Next gathering in bloom.
Summer 2026
Welcome to
In the Wild
A seasonal series of intimate gatherings shaped by food, place, and human connection.
Each event brings together 10 to 20 guests for a shared meal and experiences connected to the setting—whether that includes a farm tour, workshop, tasting, or time spent exploring the property.
Hosted across working farms, private properties, and other distinctive environments, no two experiences follow the same format.
PAST EXPERIENCESFarmstand to Farm Table
Dairy Acres Farm | Baker, Florida
Created by Hyang Lee Studio in collaboration with Lindsey Spicer of LJ Collective, who led food curation and event styling.
Somewhere between the roadside honor stands and the blueberry rows, people started relaxing.
The day began with a self-guided trail through local farm stands—homemade breads, jams, flowers, and the kind of things you pass every day without realizing how much care is behind them. By the time guests arrived at Dairy Acres Farm, they were no longer just attending an event. They had already met the people who made the food and felt the landscape beginning to tell its story.
A long table waited in the middle of the field.
There was a walk through the farm with Grant and Ashton. Millie and Moses, the Highland cows, stole their share of attention. Lunch was served under open sky. Conversations deepened. People who had introduced themselves only hours earlier were leaning back in their chairs like old friends.
What made the afternoon memorable was not just the setting, though the blueberry rows were hard to forget.
It was the realization that this entire world had been here the whole time.
A working farm. Bakers rising before dawn. Families growing food with extraordinary care. A quieter and more connected way of living, hidden in plain sight just down the road.
Guests left with dirt on their shoes, phone numbers in their pockets, and a different relationship to the place they call home.
16 guests | Blueberry season | One shared table
“I had no idea this farm—or this entire local food community—was here. Before this experience, I had never even heard of farm stands, let alone realized that farmers, bakers, and small makers were creating something so special right here in our own hometown. Everything was brought together in a way that felt thoughtful and unlike anything I had experienced before. I left with new friends, a completely different appreciation for the people growing and making food in our own backyard, and every intention of returning with my family during picking season.”
