JENNY HYANG LEE

Owner and Creative Director

I started behind the scenes, in roles where reading people, anticipating needs, and creating seamless flow wasn’t optional. It was the work. That path taught me that when something is done well, it doesn’t need to announce itself. It simply feels right.

I’m drawn to environments that shape how people feel. Dinners, gatherings, retreats, moments where timing, space, and energy matter. Time spent working as a farmer alongside growers and regenerative farms taught me rhythm and restraint, but my work isn’t tied to one aesthetic or setting. What matters is movement. How an experience opens, how it holds, and how it lands.

I don’t design to impress.
I design to resonate.
To leave an imprint.
To remind people what it feels like to be fully present, and fully themselves.

Hyang (pronounced Hyoung) is a Korean name rooted in nature and spirituality, often associated with fragrance and quiet presence.

BENJAMIN FISHER

Lead Designer & Builder

Ben brings over two decades of hands-on craft and spatial design to Hyang Lee Studio. Raised on a farm, he has a deep, lived understanding of land, materials, and how space shapes the way people move, gather, and connect.

His background spans farming, landscaping, art, and carpentry — a rare combination that allows him to move seamlessly between vision and execution. From living environments to custom structures and installations, his work brings form, function, and feeling into alignment.

His approach is deliberate. Ben builds with an awareness of impact, prioritizing durable materials, thoughtful sourcing, and low-toxicity methods whenever possible, while working within the realities of scale.

At Hyang Lee Studio, he leads spatial concepts, installation design, material direction, and the build process from idea to final experience, translating creative vision into something physical, grounded, and alive.

LINDSEY SPICER

Co-Creative Lead & Experience Director

Some experiences are designed independently. Others are built through dialogue.

As Co-Creative Lead and Experience Director, Lindsey brings a deep love for gathering people and shaping experiences where guests feel welcomed, seen, and celebrated. She collaborates on select Hyang Lee Studio projects, helping craft both the visual direction and the emotional flow where co-creation adds depth.

Lindsey is the Lead Designer for In the Wild, guiding the experience from concept to execution. Her approach ensures each environment feels intentional and considered. Her goal is simple: to make every experience feel meaningful, every guest feel seen, and every moment land with care and thoughtfulness.

She also plays a key role in other studio gatherings, including our supper clubs, refining the guest experience with precision and intuition.

When she designs, the work sharpens. When she holds the room, everything lands.
