I started as a personal assistant, learning to read energy, anticipate needs, and create flow through presence, not performance. Retreats showed me how design can soften people. Time on regenerative farms—moving with livestock, working alongside growers, and learning the cadence of the land—taught me rhythm, patience, and respect.
Now, I bring those roots into every gathering we create at Hyang Lee Studio—where artistry meets instinct, logistics meets soul, and each experience is crafted to reconnect people with themselves, each other, and the land.
BENJAMIN FISHER
Lead Designer & Builder
Ben brings over two decades of craft, spatial design, and creative problem-solving to Hyang Lee Studio. Raised on a farm, he carries a natural understanding of materials, environment, and how spaces influence the way people connect — whether the setting is indoors, outdoors, or entirely transformed.
His work is grounded in how people move and feel within a space. Ben blends structure, form, and atmosphere to create immersive environments that are both intentional and functional. From intimate interior gatherings to large-scale installations, he shapes experiences that feel considered and quietly powerful.
He leads creative vision, spatial concepts, installation design, material direction, and the full design process from idea to final experience.
SAMANTHA GIBSON
Operations & Partnership Steward
Sam is the grounding force behind Hyang Lee Studio. As Operations & Partnership Steward, she holds the systems, communication, and relational care that keep every project moving with clarity and integrity. She manages operations, organizes workflows, supports client communication, and ensures the studio’s commitments are met with precision and follow-through.
Sam’s stewardship is rooted in presence and alignment. She protects timelines, nurtures healthy partnerships, and ensures every collaboration feels organized, transparent, and values-forward. Her steady, thoughtful approach brings structure to fast-moving creative work, giving both the team and partners the confidence to move forward with ease.
She leads operations, client coordination, partnership care, executive support, and the behind-the-scenes organization that holds each experience together.
