A NOTE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
This gathering is shaped by land, season, and the people who come to it. It is not a controlled environment—and that is part of its beauty. By choosing to join us, you understand that this experience takes place on a working farm, where the ground is uneven, the weather may shift, and animals and natural elements are part of the setting. We ask that you move through the space with awareness, care, and respect—for yourself, for others, and for the land hosting us.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks associated with outdoor and agricultural environments, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, interaction with animals, and shared communal spaces. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may arise through your participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Hyang Lee Studio, LJ Collective, Dairy Acres (Baker, Florida), and all associated hosts, collaborators, vendors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance or participation.

FOOD AND ALLERGEN AWARENESS
Food served at this event is thoughtfully sourced and prepared, often by local producers and in shared or open environments. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. By attending, you accept full responsibility for any dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or allergic reactions.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PRESENCE
These gatherings are documented as part of the living story of this work. By attending, you grant permission for Hyang Lee Studio and its collaborators to capture and use photography, video, or other media for editorial, promotional, and archival purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival—we will honor that request with care.

NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE
This is a communal table. You may be seated beside people you’ve never met. You may be invited into conversation—or simply into quiet. Elements of the experience may shift based on the season, the land, and what is available. By attending, you agree to show up with openness, respect, and consideration for others sharing the space.

TICKETS CANCELLATIONS, AND TRANSFERS
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If something unexpected arises, tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice. In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled or adjusted. If so, your ticket will be honored for a future date.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.
